Barry Adnams

Barry Adnams is COO of Trico Investments, which he co-founded with Mike Rolfes. Barry has over 25 years of experience as a licensed architect and has been involved in all aspects of design, site selection, land use and planning. Having managed and directed the architectural efforts for approximately 100 self-storage facilities, he is intimately familiar with the entitlement requirements unique to this product type.

As a principal at Progressive Realty Partners, Trico’s in-house property management firm, Mr. Adnams has overseen consistent revenue growth across the firm’s portfolio. He also co-founded Hard Hat, Inc. (formerly CCA Associates), a leading architectural and construction firm owned by Trico.
