Mike Rolfes

Mike Rolfes is Chairman and CEO of Trico Investments, which he co-founded with Barry Adnams. Mike’s real estate career spans more than three decades and encompasses the development and construction of more than 10 million square feet of commercial, multifamily and self-storage projects. His self-storage expertise stems from investing in, building and/or managing approximately 100 self-storage facilities. He also co-founded Hard Hat, Inc. (formerly CCA Associates), a leading architectural and construction firm wholly owned by Trico.

Mr. Rolfes began his career as a Project Manager with the Lucas Companies and the Sares-Regis Group. Mr. Rolfes earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering at Colorado State University. He is a licensed CA real estate broker and general contractor, and is active in Self-Storage Association, The Urban Land Institute and the Orange County Chapter of Tech Coast Angels.
