Michael J. Rolfes

Michael J. Rolfes is an Acquisitions Associate at Trico Investments. He started at Trico as an analyst after working as a property manager for Progressive Realty Partners, Trico’s in-house property management firm, where he learned self-storage firsthand. Prior to PRP he worked with Marcus & Millichap, supporting the research and data efforts of the firm’s industry-leading self-storage brokerage platform.

Michael graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in Business Administration in Finance and a minor in political science. He is a member of the Self-Storage Association and Urban Land Institute, where he is active in the organization’s Young Leaders program.
